CHAIR YOGA CLASS
Chair Yoga is an opportunity to utilize a familar position, sitting, to optimize your health. Together, we breathe, stretch, and move using only our bodies and our chair. In-person and virtual sessions available. 

 

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASS
Meditation is an opportunity to make a moment to press pause to access our parasympathetic state of being. Our “rest and digest” mode. You’ll be guided through a relaxing mindfulness meditation & breathing exercise designed to melt the stress away and re-center your body and mind. In-person and virtual sessions available.
